Details of the activity:
• Alliance access interaction management & logistical project support: Consult key interactions across the Alliance to facilitate client lifecycle management by organising meetings and coordinating relevant materials for:
o Global (Global Pricing, Access and Reimbursement + Health Economics)
o HEOR-driven meetings for Global PRA (e.g. payer fact sheet trainings)
o Payer Working Group (Global PRA + HE, Regional leads, market affiliates)
o Global PMAD/GPI/GPO engagement
o Regional engagement:
Global – EU joint access team
Global – ASCA/international joint access team
Global – US joint access team
Global – China joint access team
o Global cross-functional brainstorm/strategy/data gap discussions: PRA, HE, Medical, Commercial
o Cross-functional payer value message workshops: PRA, HE, Medical, Commercial, GPI/GPO, Regional – EU, Regional – ASCA, Regional – US
• Project life cycle management: Consult cycle of project development and delivery for PRA workstreams, including keeping track of RfP creation, circulation and responses, vendor engagement, project background materials, meeting and project logistics, and deliverables.
• Budget management and financial forecasting cycle consulting: keep track of PRA spend to inform financial forecasting meetings, reports and settlements to facilitate effective use of resource, enabling up-to-date decision-making. Draft skeleton decks for forecasting cycle summaries and provide regular updates to PRA team and real-time sense-checks of activity accruals and forecasts.

Requirements:
Project Management Basics: Knows how to track tasks, deadlines, and coordinate workstreams.
Organized & Proactive: Manages time well and keeps everything moving smoothly.
Strong Communicator: Writes clearly for minutes, RFPs, and follow-ups; communicates updates effectively.
Detail-Oriented: Tracks budgets, documents accurately, and pays attention to task dependencies.
Budget Tracking: Basic skills in managing and forecasting budgets.
Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project tools (e.g., SharePoint, Asana).
Portal & Access Management: Comfortable managing online portals, uploading files, and granting permissions.
Persistent Follow-Up: Diplomatic yet firm in reminding team members about deadlines.
Flexible & Problem Solver: Adapts to changes and resolves project issues.
Presentation Prep: Can create basic PowerPoint slides and project reports.
Preferred: Experience in pricing and market access in pharma, RFP processes, or similar administrative roles.
